I know that choosing a guitar teacher is quite hard and sometimes it feels quite intimidating to meet a professional musician but I can assure you that I can offer you a relaxed and friendly atmosphere in which we can evaluate your musical potential and discuss your musical goals and find the most effective strategy to get you to the level of guitar playing you always wanted to achieve.

GUITAR LESSONS IN WIMBLEDON -GREG X FEATURED IN CLASSIC ROCK MAGAZINE
GREG X-DREAM(2011) Press and music industry quotes:
“Dream is probably the greatest independent AOR/melodic rock album of 2011 easily comparable to major releases by labels such as Frontier and AOR Heaven.” hardrockhaven.net, USA
“this is a very, very good album with extremely slick production, big slices of AOR style guitars and cracking songs that will have you bopping in the aisles… If you like Journey in their heyday and classic 80?s rock in general, you will really get off on this album.” metaltalk.net, UK
“I also like Greg’s No apologies attitude for creating melodic rock songs in era when AOR is a dirty word and unfashionable. In my opinion if you don’t like it you don’t have to listen to it so let those that do enjoy it without derision! …It’s a set of songs which set out to deliver as much melody, lush harmonies and striking guitar riffs as it possibly can! “Dream” is definitely an album that fans of traditional sounding melodic rock should check out and I think most established Tamplin fans will have a joygasm when they hear this! “ midlandsrocks.co.uk, UK
“Dream” is a solid melodic rock album that shows plenty of promise. It’s great to hear Ken Tamplin again !”, sleazenation.be, BELGIUM
“Dream’ sounds very impressive, because the production is of a high level, instrumental it is top-notch and as already mentioned, the vocals and melodies of most of the songs are right up there with any (fore example) FRONTIERS RECORDS release” , STRUTTER’ZINE,USA
“Dream” is a bit on the short side (only 8 tracks clocking in at a mere 38 minutes), it’s certainly an album that I would invite you to check out. Greg X has listened to a lot of classic melodic rock albums and knows how to write a catchy song.” , rockreport.be, BELGIUM
“This is right up there with Night Ranger’s “Somewhere in California” for my favorite album of the year. Ken Tamplin gives his best vocal performance ever on this release and the songs sparkle with melody and positive vibes. “Dream” stands out in a dream year for melodic rock releases.“ rockreport.be, BELGIUM (member comment)
“My first listen was in the car on the way back from the radio studio last Saturday. I have to admit, I was absolutely blown away. “Dream” is an unexpected treat.” Alan Ovington, tamesideradio.com, UK
“With such musicians actually nothing can go wrong and Greg X does his job quite well. Greg X understands, at least, not to overplay the song with his skills. He rather knows how to tastefully subordinate his guitar playing to the song to a large extent.” powermetal.de, GERMANY
“A strong set of melodic rock tunes, topped off with Ken Tamplin’s vocals and planty of chances to show off your air guitar prowess, makes for a ‘must have’ album. Go grab you copy now!“ getreadytorock.com, UK
“Obviously a labour of love, “Dream” is a solid melodic rock album that shows plenty of promise. It’s great to hear Ken Tamplin again, and Greg X himself pulls off some very nice work throughout.” Alan Holloway, RockUnited, FINLAND/UK
“The sound on the record is excellent and mature, being reminiscent of the 80s, the preferred musical flavour, as is also proudly admitted on the biografical notes. This is a very rich and refined product… a true celebration of the best of ’80s music with a contemporary feel. You will not be disappointed by this exquisite release, from the beautifully colored album cover to the last note performed. Greg X, take note of this name and keep him in mind.” metallized.it, ITALY
“This is really a great and solid album and I know that fans of the melodic 80`s rock will love it. Check out “As the world spins round”, Dream the dream”, the Whitesnake inspired “How to love”, “Wake me(Before you go)” with its nice guitar opening and of course the beautiful instrumental song “Victory” where Greg shows his great skills and feelings. So close your eyes, dream the dream and begin your journey back to the 80`s while enjoying this awesome album !“ melodic.net, SWEDEN
“Greg X has arranged a very comprehesive melodic rock album that should definitely appeal to a wide melodic hard rock audience” , rockhard.pl, POLAND
“Greg X’s album ‘Dream’ …Possibly the best independent AOR album so far this year (2011)” Paul Nicholls, Live and Loud Radio Show, arfm.co.uk, UK
“GREG X offers nothing new, but well-made nostalgic-sound for fans of the good old 80?s melodic rock.” metalglory.de, GERMANY
‘Do you like 80?s Rainbow, Survivor( ‘Eye of the tiger’), Foreigner, the commercial incarnation of Van Halen, Whitesnake from their 1987 album? If the answer is yes – The album ‘Dream” is for you’ rockarea.eu, POLAND
“The work of the singer Ken Tamplin is spectacular, offering different registers in each of the songs of the album; a great voice to accompany well-worked musical compositions. This is an album that should not go unnoticed and, at least, it does deserve an opportunity. I am sure that it will positively surprise you.” rockinspain.es, SPAIN
